1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using SimpleStay, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
3. Hosts and listings
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and compliance with local laws. An active subscription is required for listings to remain visible.
4. Bookings and payments
Guests agree to the host's price and cancellation policy at the time of booking. SimpleStay facilitates payments but is not a party to the rental agreement between guest and host.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use SimpleStay for unlawful activity, misrepresent listings, or attempt to bypass platform payments and communication.
6. Security and data protection
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest and host it on SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and a Data Processing Addendum is available for business customers on request.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
